Following the success of last year’s Ethnic Minority Youth Summit 2025, The Zubin Foundation will proudly host the Leadership Summit for Ethnically Diverse Youth 2026 on Saturday, 12 September 2026. This event will place youth at the forefront, fostering meaningful conversations about empowerment, connection, and leadership.

We will be thrilled to welcome over 300 participants to the Summit, alongside inspiring speakers and experts who will join us to share their insights and experiences. The summit will provide a unique platform for young individuals in the community to share their experiences, achievements, challenges, and dreams, highlighting the opportunities that await them.

To Inspire: To inspire ethnically diverse (ED) youth to see themselves as future leaders in Hong Kong by exposing them to relatable role models and real-life success journeys.
To Expose Youth to Opportunities and Future Trends: To broaden participants’ awareness of emerging opportunities, career pathways, and future trends, equipping them with knowledge to navigate an evolving workforce and society.
ToNormalisePersonal conversation within ED conversations: To create a safe and inclusive space where personal topics—such as identity, mental health, family expectations, and cultural differences—can be openly discussed and normalised within the ethnically diverse community.
To Provide Platforms for Meaningful Networking: To facilitate meaningful connections between youth, professionals, and community organisations, fostering ongoing support, and access to opportunities beyond the summit.
