How Individuals Can Get Involved

Volunteering, Partnerships, Training, Immersive Programmes and More

Individuals have the power to create meaningful change. By sharing your time, skills, or compassion, you can support Hong Kong’s low-income, ethnically diverse communities and help create inclusive opportunities.

We invite you to get involved in two impactful ways:

Build Skills in the Community

Share your knowledge, experience, and time to empower youth, women, and seniors through meaningful connections and learning. Opportunities include:

Online Training for Youth

Support young people aged 16–35 by sharing soft skills, employability tips, and personal experiences through short online 30-min sessions.

InPerson Mentoring & Workshops

Engage directly with youth through mentoring or workshops at our centre, focused on life skills, confidence, and career readiness.

Chai (Tea) Gatherings for Women

Conduct sessions for ethnically diverse women, centred on well-being, creative activities, and social connection.

Senior Socials

Engage elderly members, with activities on health and nutrition, arts and craft and mindfulness and well-being.

Lend a Helping Hand

Get involved in community programmes that address needs and promote wellbeing. Opportunities include:

 Community Days

Volunteer to help distribute toys, books, and other essential items to the community.

Health CheckUps for Seniors

Volunteer support for health and wellbeing initiatives serving elderly members.

 InKind Donations

Donate books, toys, pre-packaged food, activity materials, and other essential items to support the community we serve.

In-Home Care

Offer your time to support urgent, needsbased support for isolated community members.
