Winnie oversees the operations of The Zubin Foundation’s Ethnic Minority Well-Being Centre and leads the organisation’s mental health initiatives. In recent years, she has played a key role in developing culturally appropriate mental health services for Hong Kong’s ethnically diverse communities, improving access to support, reducing stigma, and strengthening community well-being through advocacy, awareness-raising, and capacity-building initiatives.

Winnie began her Corporate Social Responsibilities journey in India in 2005, volunteering with the United Way of Mumbai on corporate fundraising efforts. Since then, she has built a career in spanning both the non-profit and private sectors. Prior to joining The Zubin Foundation, she served as Citizenship Manager at Hogan Lovells, leading the firm’s pro bono and citizenship programmes across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Earlier in her career, Winnie worked at Community Business, where she managed regional initiatives promoting diversity, equity and inclusion and engaged corporate partners in advancing inclusive workplaces across Asia. She later joined Cathay Pacific, where she managed community investment and CSR programmes, including youth development and fundraising initiatives.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Winnie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong. She lives with her husband and two children.
