Training, Awareness and Advocacy Engagements

Since 2025, The Zubin Foundation has delivered 120+ engagements with over 70 organisations across Hong Kong, spanning talks, workshops, panels, cultural tours, and media features.

Drawing on more than a decade of frontline experience serving ethnically diverse communities, we provide experiential, culturally responsive learning programmes that spark meaningful conversations on racial equity, poverty, mental health, gender justice, and inclusion.

By combining research, lived experience, and practical tools, we equip organisations, partners and leaders to move beyond awareness and translate diversity and cultural fluency into measurable, sustained impact.

Delivered in flexible formats (½ – 2-hour talks, half or full day workshops, panels, immersive tours) and available in English, Cantonese, or Putonghua.
