Full Terms and Conditions
- The Zubin Foundation’s “2026 Protecting Children Together Slogan Competition” Activity is held only on 28 July 2026.
- The social media account holder participating in the comment competition must be Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above and hold a Hong Kong Identity Card.
- Winners will be announced on The Zubin Foundation’s Social Media, and will be contacted via direct messages on Facebook.
- Winners of the “2025 Hong Kong Disneyland Tickets for Ethnic Minority Family & Friends” are NOT permitted to participate in this Activity. Applicants will be disqualified if they are the winners from the “2025 Hong Kong Disneyland Tickets for Ethnic Minority Family & Friends”.
- Social media account holder participants can only comment on Facebook on the two specified videos that are linked in the caption of this Activity, and must provide accurate and correct information. Participants who have inaccurate or incomplete information will be disqualified, and The Zubin Foundation will refuse to award the prize.
- The submission time is subject to The Zubin Foundation’s server; any submissions due to technical issues (such as computers and the Internet delay, lost, incorrect, unrecognisable, etc.), The Zubin Foundation will not be held responsible.
- By completion of this Activity, the social media account holder will automatically be a member of The Zubin Foundation
- The Zubin Foundation can keep the information provided by the participant in its database and contact them via the contact information for further details.
- The Zubin Foundation is not responsible for the prizes and related services; any fees or liabilities incurred by the winners as a result of their participation in this Activity or prizes shall be borne solely by the winners.
- The Zubin Foundation reserves the exclusive right to determine the winners of this Activity.
- By completion of this Activity, the social media account holder will automatically be included in The Zubin Foundation’s database.
- The Zubin Foundation can keep the information provided by the participant in its database and contact them via the contact information for further details.
- Prizes are: a) Non-transferable; b) Non-refundable; c) Not exchangeable for cash; d) Not exchangeable and e) Not for resale.
- Once participants have confirmed their participation in the Activity by commenting, they cannot withdraw from the Activity.
- Winners must be picked up between the hours of 10 am – 5 pm on the 23, 24 and 25 of July 2026 at Zubin’s Family Centre (Shop 201-202, Austin MTR Station, Jordan, Kowloon).
- The Zubin Foundation reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant who:
- Uses fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts;
- Uses bots, scripts or automated means to participate
- Posts spam comments
- Copies or plagiarises another participant’s entry
- Attempts to manipulate the activity or results
- Engages in dishonest, misleading or improper conduct.
- To qualify, comments must:
- Be relevant to child safeguarding, child protection or children’s safety and wellbeing
- Be the participant’s original content;
- Contain at least five (5) English words; emoji is not counted as one word.
- Include a meaningful idea, recommendation, tip or action
- Not be duplicated or substantially similar to another comment submitted by the same participant
- Not copy, reproduce or plagiarise content from another person
- Not consist solely of emojis or generic responses such as “support”, “good”, “great”, “agree” or similar statements
- Not contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, threatening, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate content
- Not contain advertising, promotional or commercial content.
- One person, one comment (ie one slogan), one entry under each video
- The Organiser reserves the sole right to determine whether a comment qualifies as an eligible comment
- The Zubin Foundation is not responsible for any problems with the ticket.
- Please pay attention to the validity and correctness of the email address, name, mobile number and general social media account details. The Zubin Foundation will not be responsible if the winners fail to receive the prizes during the redemption period because they did not receive the notification about the winning messages.
- The Zubin Foundation reserves the right to delete comments and disqualify participants without notice if they contain inappropriate content such as indecent words, offensive language, defamation, false reports, violations of laws, etc.
- Participants taking part in this Activity will be deemed to agree to abide by the above terms and conditions. The Zubin Foundation reserves the right to make a final decision without prior notice if there are any disputes over the participation terms and conditions, the participation process, the results of the Activity and other events related to the Activity.
