How Corporates Can Get Involved

Volunteering, Partnerships, Training, Immersive Programmes and More

Companies play a vital role in creating inclusive opportunities for Hong Kong’s lowincome, ethnically diverse communities. We partner with organisations to deliver meaningful employee engagement while driving real social impact through skills, service, and understanding.

We invite corporates to get involved in three ways:

Build Skills in the Community

Enable your employees to share their expertise and life experiences to support youth, women, and seniors in the community. Opportunities include:

Online Training for Youth

Employees share soft skills, employability tips, and personal career journeys with youth aged 16–35 through 30-min short, virtual sessions.

InPerson Mentoring & Workshops

Interactive workshops or mentoring sessions for youth, hosted at your office, focusing on life skills, confidence, and career readiness.

Chai (Tea) Gatherings for Women

Smallgroup sessions with ethnically diverse women, centred on well-being, creative activities, and social connection.

Senior Socials

Engagement activities for elderly members, bringing intergenerational connection and meaningful interaction to seniors.

Lend a Helping Hand

Support essential programmes that directly meet community needs, with flexible volunteering options for teams. Opportunities include:

Community Days

Familyfocused events where we distribute toys, books, and other essential items to the community.

Health CheckUps for Seniors

Volunteer support for health and well-being initiatives serving elderly members.

InKind Donations

Donate books, toys, pre-packaged food, activity materials, and other essential items to support the community we serve.

Venue Sponsorship

Provide space at your office for community events or our internal staff meetings.

Immersive Experiences

Build inclusive leadership and empathy through facilitated experiential learning aligned with your organisation’s values and ESG goals. Opportunities include:

Walking Tours: Food & Culture
Guided experiences in Tung Chung exploring culture, lived realities, and community stories.

Lunch & Learn Sessions

An introduction to the history and challenges, of Hong Kong’s ethnically diverse communities.

Inclusion Workshops

Designed to build awareness, inclusive mindsets, cultural competency and practical takeaways for the workplace.
