Distributing Masks to Ethnic Minorities in Hong Kong

The Zubin Foundation is distributing masks for free to ethnic minorities in Hong Kong.

  • Tung Chung (Yat Tung Estate, Thu 19 Mar, 11 am - 4 pm)

  • Chai Wan (Islamic Kasim Tuet Memorial College, Fri 20 Mar, 11 am - 4 pm)

  • Yau Tsim Mong (King George V Memorial Park, Kowloon, Sat 21 Mar, 11 am - 4 pm)

  • Kwun Tong (Tsui Ping Estate, Sun 22 Mar, 11 am - 4 pm)

Points to note

  • All applicants are required to register in advance. We DO NOT ACCEPT any walk-ins on the day of distribution. 

  • Registration opens at 11 am on 3 March 2020 (Tuesday).

  • Please complete the online registration form and indicate where you would like to pick up the masks.

  • Each successful applicant will receive 10 masks. By submitting your registration DOES NOT mean your application is successful. You will receive a call AND a WhatsApp message from The Zubin Foundation in advance of the distribution date if your application is successful. 

  • All successful applicants are required to present their original HKID card on the day of mask collection. 

  • If you cannot come and collect your masks, you may ask someone who has registered to collect the masks on your behalf. Please provide details of the person will collect for you when we call you.

  • Due to the work priorities of The Zubin Foundation, we are sorry that asylum seekers, refugees and domestic helpers are not eligible to apply for this mask distribution.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Zubin Foundation, The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and The Hong Kong Jockey Club may keep the information provided by the participant in its database and contact them via the contact information for further follow-ups.

  2. By completion of this registration form, the applicant will automatically be a member of Opportunity Bank, an initiative of The Zubin Foundation. 

  3. Each individual can only apply once. Applicants who have provided inaccurate or incomplete information will be disqualified and their applications will be rejected.

  4. Please be responsible for ensuring the validity and correctness of the email address, name, mobile number and HKID number you have filled in. The Zubin Foundation will not be responsible if the applicants fail to receive any notification of mask collection because of invalid email or mobile number or inaccuracy of personal information.

  5. The Zubin Foundation reserves the right to disqualify applicants without notice if they contain inappropriate content such as indecent words, offensive language, defamation, false reports, violations of laws, etc.

  6. The Zubin Foundation reserves the right to make a final decision without prior notice if there are any disputes over the participation terms and conditions, the participation process, the results of the project and other events related to the project.

  7. Due to work priorities of The Zubin Foundation, asylum seekers, refugees and domestic helpers are not eligible to apply for this service. 

  8. By submitting the registration form, applicants confirm that he/she clearly understands and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of this project.

  9. By submitting the registration form, applicants have agreed to receive marketing communications from The Zubin Foundation and Opportunity Bank.

  10. By participating in the activity, you consent to the use of your photograph, voice, likeness, and image in any broadcasts of this event and in subsequent productions drawn from video or audio recordings of this activity. The photographs and recordings may be published or broadcasted in the official The Zubin Foundation's publications and in publicity materials, including The Zubin Foundation's websites and social media. All recordings, articles, quotes, photographs, films, audio or video and/or any reproductions of same in any form, are the property of The Zubin Foundation.
