Gunjali was introduced to the Zubin Foundation when she translated documents for their NCS SEN project. She was impressed by the remarkable work the foundation did and felt very fortunate when she received an opportunity to work with them and be a part of their values and goals.
Born and raised in India, Gunjali has lived in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong over the past decade. She has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration and started her career with GE Capital (now GENPACT, India) as a Research Analyst. She has volunteered extensively with not-for-profit organizations including Ananya (School for underprivileged children in Bangalore), IAAC (Indo American Arts Council in New York) and SINDA (Singapore Indian Development Association).
Since moving to Hong Kong with her husband and two children in 2016, Gunjali has been actively involved in community and school events, teaches Hindi to children, has served on the board of the American Women's Association and paddles for the AWA Globe Paddlers Dragon Boat team.
